Draft, pending legal review
Privacy
Last updated 11 October 2026
This is a plain-language draft written by the team. It describes how the pilot works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will change before Syentrix Advisor leaves the pilot.
What we keep
- The text of your conversation with Niti: what you said and what she said.
- The brief and plan Niti puts together from that conversation.
- Basic technical records needed to run the service, such as when a session started and which AI model answered.
What we don't keep
- Audio. When you talk, your voice is turned into text as you go; the recording itself is not stored.
- Your name, email or phone number, unless you choose to tell Niti. There is no account.
Who processes it
To run Niti we rely on cloud providers for hosting, the database, real-time voice, speech recognition, speech synthesis and the AI models that write and check her answers. They process conversation text or audio only to provide that service to us. A full list will be published here before the pilot ends.
Deleting your conversation
Use Delete this conversation in the chat. It removes the conversation, brief and plan from our database and ends any voice call that is still open.
